{"id":295,"date":"2022-07-01T14:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-01T14:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/robbinsconstructiongroup.d08.colophonhosting.com\/?p=295"},"modified":"2022-12-02T14:40:26","modified_gmt":"2022-12-02T14:40:26","slug":"park-circle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/robbinsconstructiongroup.com\/park-circle\/","title":{"rendered":"Park Circle"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Robbins Construction Group tapped for Park Circle project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Charleston, S.C. &#8211; Robbins Construction Group, a full-service design-build construction firm focusing on site selection, preconstruction, and project management has been awarded the design and construction services for the Park Circle Community Center and new Inclusive Playground and ball field. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robbins Construction Group will be partnering with Red Iron Architects, LLC and HLA, Inc. to provide full design and construction services for the project. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project consists of demolition of the center of Park Circle and the design and construction of a new 16,600 square-foot community center, farmers market, and the highly anticipated inclusive playground and ball field. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 55,000 square-foot playground will be North Charleston\u2019s largest playground that every child will be able to enjoy, regardless of physical, emotional, or mental disabilities. This will be the largest of its kind in the tri-county area. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are proud and humbled to be selected to be an integral partner with the City of North Charleston to provide design and construction services for such a monumental project that will reshape an iconic and historic area of the Lowcountry.\u201d Says <a href=\"\/team\/derek-k-robbins\/\">Derek K.
